Note：
*Educational institution refers to the user who has degree-granting programs. It applies to all Educational Membership and the authorized user who has been approved by us.
Please be noted that the minimum quantity of the order for each case item is five copies. Order below 5 copies for each case will be provided with Inspection Copy only for reference.
Teaching Note is not allowed to be purchased otherwise at least 50 copies for the relevant case are purchased in one single order. After joining the case membership, the user has the privilege to get the Teaching Note by purchasing.
We accept payment made by bank transfer and online bank transfer, which you are required to specify when submitting your order. The products will be delivered after we receive your payment, so the delivery time depends on what kind of method you made for the payment. In usual, it takes 2-5 business days for domestic bank transfer and 7-10 days for overseas bank transfer. We will notify the customer by email when the case package is dispatched.

Please indicate "Order Cases (No. of your order)" in your transaction.
We will handle customer’s order requests immediately after he/she submit the requests. Upon receiving your payment, we dispatch the case package to the address provided via the shipping method you selected. The copies of the cases you purchased will be delivered to your address, and you can make copies by yourself in the quantity that you purchased the copyright permission.
If needs, the paper invoice can be shipped to you after we receive your payment.
Shipping methods:
For customers in mainland China:
Domestic standard: RMB 10.00 (handling and delivery time will be 7-14 business days)
EMS express: RMB 30.00 (handling and delivery time will be 2-3 business days)
For customers in Hong Kong:
EMS express: US$ 15.00 (handling and delivery time will be 2-3 business days)
For overseas customers:
International airmail: US$ 10.00 (handling and delivery time will be 10-15 business days)
For urgent order, we can deliver the cases in electronic version.
Case sample/inspection is the review copy only for the instructor who prepares the course materials before the class. This is prohibited to be used in class or be distributed to students. Different from the formal case version, the sample/inspection copies are watermarked with the wording “DO NO COPY”.
Teaching note is prepared by professor for the purpose of giving instructions to how to use the case. Teaching note is not allowed to sell, except for the case membership. We will provide free teaching note for the customer who purchases at least 50 copies for each item in one single order.
A part of cases have both Chinese and English version. Customer can have the option to choose the language of the case he/she wish to buy.
No version of the cases is allowed to be posted or reproduced in any format without permission from copyright distributor. To apply for the permission for reproduction, you might purchase the copyright permission through our online order system or contact our
Customer Service directly.
The overall copyright of all products in CCCH collection belongs to the case publishers with the legal protection of Copyright Law of People’s Republic of China. No part of cases may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the authorization of the copyright distributor. Any reproduction of case without the authorization will be regarded as an infringement of Copyright Law of People's Republic of China. CCCH reserves the right to conduct legal action against copyright infringement.
